SMS opt-in and consent

Customers can opt in to transactional text messages only while booking an inspection through our public booking form. The SMS checkbox is unchecked by default and is optional. A customer must select it affirmatively before we send booking, appointment, estimate, or service text messages.

How opt-in works

  1. The customer opens the public booking form and selects an office, appointment date, and time.
  2. The customer enters their own contact information.
  3. The customer reads the disclosure above and actively checks the unchecked SMS consent box.
  4. The customer may submit the booking with or without selecting the optional SMS checkbox.
  5. If the customer selects the checkbox, a booking confirmation text may be queued after submission.

We do not use purchased lists, cold-text prospects, or treat consent as a condition of purchasing service.
